When a customer submits a booking request, the details are encrypted using an industry standard 128-bit encryption method. The details are delivered to the clients computer where the request can be matched with available space in Smart FX. If space is available, a couple of clicks is all it takes to create and confirm the booking. A confirmation e-mail lets the customer know all is well.
